Welcome to AURALUNA! When we use the terms “we”, “us”, “our” or “AURALUNA US”, we are referring to Auraluna Co. Ltd, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom, Company number 16855153, Private Limited by Shares and its affiliates.
These Terms of Use describe how you visit or make a purchase on auralunaofficial.com (the “Site”) and its related redirects (including zygeff-tc.myshopify.com). These Terms apply to the products and services of AURALUNA, including our websites (the “Sites”), any mobile applications (the “App”) and other associated services (collectively, the “Services”).
BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
1) General
1.1 By displaying products on the Site, AURALUNA (Auraluna Co. Ltd) is making an invitation to treat addressed to users who are legally capable of entering into contracts in their respective jurisdictions. By placing an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject. Acceptance takes place in the United Kingdom when we send you the shipping confirmation e-mail.
1.2 The information on the Site is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or would subject Auraluna Co. Ltd to additional regulatory requirements that are not reasonable.
2) Use of the Site
2.1 User Age
By registering or making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

We may suspend or close your account registration if, at our reasonable discretion, we believe that:

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information regarding our products (descriptions, materials, features, usage indications, etc.). However, errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occasionally occur (for example in descriptions, prices, availability).
We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Colours
The colours you see on your screen depend on your device and its settings. We cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your screen will perfectly match the actual colours of the products.
5) Prices
5.1 Price Structure
Unless otherwise stated, prices shown on the Site exclude:

any shipping fees;

taxes, duties or other applicable charges, which will be displayed and charged separately where due.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time you place your order and confirmed in the order confirmation e-mail. We reserve the right to change prices, discounts and promotions at any time; such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5.2 Price Errors
In the event of an obvious pricing error (a price that is substantially lower or higher than the correct price), we reserve the right to:

contact you for instructions, before processing the order; or

cancel the order and refund any amount already charged.
5.3 Errors in Your Order

5.4 Duties and Customs Charges
Depending on the destination country or area, customs duties, import taxes and other customs charges may apply and be payable by you. Such amounts are generally not included in the price or shipping fees shown on the Site and, if due, will typically be requested by the customs authority or carrier when the goods enter the destination country.
5.5 Discounts and Promotions
Discount codes, promotions or special offers may be provided from time to time and are subject to the specific terms and conditions indicated for each campaign (e.g. duration, minimum spend, excluded categories).
6) Orders
6.1 Payment Verification and Authorization
Payments are subject to verification and authorization by the relevant payment institution or card issuer. Orders associated with your account can be viewed in the “My Orders” section.
6.2 Purchase Offer and Acceptance
Submitting an order through the Site constitutes your offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order, in whole or in part. Acceptance will be communicated to you via e-mail (e.g. shipping confirmation).
6.3 Transfer of Risk
Ownership and risk of loss for the products pass to you when the goods are handed over from us to the carrier, without prejudice to your consumer rights and the handling of any loss or damage in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
6.4 Obligation to Take Delivery
By placing an order, you agree to cooperate so that delivery can be completed properly (e.g. being present at the delivery address, collecting from a pickup point designated by the carrier). If the quantity delivered is less than that ordered, we will adjust your charge or refund the amount corresponding to the missing items.
6.5 Claims for Loss, Damage or Non-Delivery
Any claims relating to:

lost parcels;

visible damage to the goods;

non-receipt of products;
must be submitted to info@auralunaofficial.com within 15 days from the delivery date indicated by the carrier (or the date on which you should reasonably have received the goods).
If the claim is found to be valid, we may, at our discretion:

replace the item (subject to availability); or
-
refund the purchase price and relevant shipping costs, to the extent permitted by law.
7) Shipping & Delivery (Summary)

Processing and Shipping Times

Order processing: 1–3 business days.

Shipping: 4–8 business days from the moment the order is handed over to the carrier.
These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the delivery address, area and any high-volume periods (promotions, holidays, etc.).
Delivery Methods

In-store or on-premises pickup is not available.

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery Details
To avoid delivery issues, you must provide:
-
a complete address (street, house number, building/staircase/unit if applicable);
-
the correct name on the doorbell/mailbox;
-
a valid phone number.
AURALUNA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete data, absence of the recipient or failure to collect the parcel within the time limits set by the carrier.
Tracking and Status “Delivered”
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, we ask that you:
-
perform quick checks (safe places, concierge, neighbours, locker/pickup point);
-
contact us within 15 days at info@auralunaofficial.com, including order number, tracking, full address, phone number and any useful photos.
We will open an investigation with the carrier (POD/Proof of Delivery, driver notes, any geo-localization data, delivery photos where available). We may ask you for a declaration of non-receipt and, in case of suspected theft, a police report.
If the investigation confirms loss or misdelivery, we will provide a replacement (if available) or a refund. If the carrier confirms correct delivery (valid signature or safe place delivery), we will assist you in escalating the claim, but a refund is not guaranteed.

8) Returns (Returns & Refunds)

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery (if your order includes multiple shipments, from the date of the last delivery).

Once your request has been approved, the parcel must be shipped within 7 days.
Key Exclusions
Returns are generally not accepted for:
-
items that have been opened, used or show clear signs of use;
-
products damaged or altered by the customer;
-
customized or made-to-measure products;
-
pre-order items where marked as non-refundable;
-
consumables and items with removed safety seals, where applicable.
Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:
-
intact, unused, clean and free of signs of wear;
-
complete with original packaging, bags/boxes, tags and labels;
-
complete with all accessories and any free gifts.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Procedure (by e-mail)

E-mail info@auralunaofficial.com within 7 days from delivery, indicating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return (optional) and, in case of defect, clear photos of the product and packaging.

You will receive an e-mail from us with approval, a return authorization code (RMA), a dedicated return shipping address and packaging instructions.

Return shipping is at your expense. Ship the parcel using a trackable service (insured shipping is recommended) within 7 days of approval and provide the tracking number by replying to the same e-mail.
Do not send your return to the company’s registered address or to the address shown on the original delivery label. Use only the address provided in the return approval e-mail.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
-
if it complies with the policy, we will process your refund within 2–3 business days;
-
crediting the original payment method generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Payments made with gift cards or promotional credits may be refunded in the form of store credit, where applicable.
If the return does not comply with the policy, we will notify you; in such case, the product may be shipped back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

9) Payments
9.1 Payment Methods
We offer various payment methods (such as credit/debit cards, digital wallets, instalment/“buy now, pay later” services, etc.). Availability may vary depending on your country, type of order or other conditions. You agree to pay all amounts due for orders placed through the Site.
9.2 Taxes and Duties
Where applicable, we may charge and collect taxes, duties or levies in accordance with the laws of the destination country. You remain responsible for any additional costs not charged by us.
9.3 Currencies and Exchange Rates
If you pay in a currency different from that of your bank account or card, your payment institution may apply its own exchange rates and fees. We are not responsible for currency fluctuations or costs arising from such operations.
10) Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 Copyright
Texts, designs, logos, images, photographs, audio/video content, digital downloads, data compilations and software on the Site (the “Content”) are owned by Auraluna Co. Ltd, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
10.2 Trademarks
“AURALUNA” and “AURALUNA US” and any other trademarks, logos or trade names used on the Site are trademarks (registered or unregistered) of Auraluna Co. Ltd or their respective owners. Any unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.
11) Reviews and Other User Content (Submissions)
11.1 User-Generated Content
Where allowed, users or third parties may submit reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, photos, videos and other content (collectively, “Submissions”).
Unless otherwise required by law (for example, in respect of illegal content), Submissions cannot be removed by AURALUNA upon simple request. By submitting any content, you acknowledge that:

you are solely responsible for the content;

you do not infringe the rights of third parties (e.g. copyright, trademarks, privacy, image rights);

you will hold Auraluna Co. Ltd harmless from any claims or demands arising from the Submissions.
11.2 Moderation
We may monitor, edit or remove, in whole or in part, content submitted by users, but we are not obliged to do so systematically. We will remove content that is illegal or infringing the rights of third parties, where notified or otherwise brought to our attention, in accordance with applicable law.
11.3 Licence Granted to AURALUNA
By posting a Submission, you grant Auraluna Co. Ltd a transferable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display and perform such content in any form, medium or technology now known or hereafter developed.
You also grant other users a non-exclusive licence to access your Submissions as permitted by the Site’s functionality. To the extent your Submission includes your name, username, image or voice, you authorize the use of those elements together with the content, to the extent described above.
12) User Integrity and Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data and to maintain the integrity, availability and confidentiality of information, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Site may contain links, widgets or integrations with third-party websites, services or applications (“Apps”). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such third parties.

You agree to hold Auraluna Co. Ltd harmless from liability arising from your use of such Apps and from the sharing of data with them.

15) Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
15.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, other than those that cannot be excluded by law or that are expressly stated in your order confirmation (e.g. conformity to contract).
15.2 Information and Updates
While we take care to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate, we do not warrant that it is error-free, complete or constantly up to date. We reserve the right to correct errors and modify or update content at any time.
15.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Auraluna Co. Ltd, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for:

16) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
16.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site, the Services, Submissions, licences or products purchased may be submitted to confidential, binding arbitration in the United Kingdom, under a recognized arbitration framework (e.g. UNCITRAL rules) administered by a competent arbitral institution. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator; the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief before a court to protect intellectual property rights or in other circumstances requiring immediate relief.
16.3 Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration or other formal proceedings, the parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute informally, for example through a phone or video conference. The party wishing to raise a dispute shall send written notice to the other party setting out the details of the claim. During the informal resolution process, limitation periods shall be suspended to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16.4 Class Actions
To the extent allowed by applicable law, disputes and claims between you and Auraluna Co. Ltd must be brought on an individual basis only, and not as part of any class, collective or representative action.
17) Miscellaneous
17.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
17.2 No Waiver
Failure or delay by either party in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy.
17.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any other policies published on the Site (including “Shipping & Delivery”, “Returns & Refunds”, “Privacy”), constitute the entire agreement between you and Auraluna Co. Ltd regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior written or oral understandings.
17.4 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Auraluna Co. Ltd, its affiliates, officers, employees and partners from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
